Best knives and Amazing customer service !!!!

I bought my first Japanese knives from chefs edge, 4 Nigara hamono knives over about 2-3 months from them and the knives themselves are the most amazing things I’ve ever bought for my kitchen !!! Not only are they a work of art but they super sharp and super comfortable to use.

But what I want to highlight is the customer service !!! It was outstanding through every purchase and every questioned I asked they answered and they even went above and beyond for one of my purchases !!! I will always use chefs edge for any of my Japanese knife purchases !!! You’ve literally made a life long customer out of me. Thanks guys !!!
