Minimum order values are discussed during the onboarding process and depend on your business type and volume requirements. We work with businesses of all sizes and aim to find a structure that works for both parties.
We offer flexible payment terms including prepaid, credit card, and net payment terms (Net 30, Net 60) for established accounts. Payment terms are assigned based on your account history and order volume.
We don't currently offer a dropshipping program. All wholesale orders are shipped to your registered business address or nominated delivery location. If you're interested in discussing alternative fulfillment arrangements, please mention this in your application.
Yes, approved trade partners can request sample products at wholesale pricing. This is a great way to experience the quality firsthand before committing to larger orders. Contact your account representative to arrange samples.
Shipping is the purchaser's responsibility. You can either arrange your own freight (nominate a carrier and account number at the time of order) or we can quote shipping and add it to your invoice — let us know your preference when placing the order. Import duties, taxes and customs fees on international orders are also the purchaser's responsibility. Please note we cannot offer refunds or cancellations for orders that are refused on delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes, so factor these costs into your landed-cost budget before ordering.
