ABC+ Small Squid in Curry Sauce (120g)

Tender little squid (lulinhas in Portuguese) tinned in a creamy curry sauce. The squid are cleaned by hand and settled into the tin so they can soak up that silky, slightly spicy sauce, and the two really do belong together.

About the sauce: The curry sauce is seriously creamy, built to show off the warmth and depth of the spice while still giving you something a bit different in a tin. It works best with softer fish, where it gets to bring all its flavour to the front. The recipe was tuned to land on just the right level of spice for anyone who loves a bit of curry heat.
