The octopus here is caught in the North East and Central Atlantic, then paired with two ingredients that do all the work they need to: olive oil and garlic. Together they give it a gorgeous aroma while leaving the octopus itself to taste exactly as it should.

It's a bit of a bonus that octopus happens to be low in calories and rich in vitamin B12, which is one of the good ones for brain function and memory. Honestly though, I don't reach for it because it's good for me. I reach for it because it's delicious, and I have a feeling that once you try it you'll be right there with me.
