The Petty is your smaller knife for delicate work. Think mincing garlic, trimming up chicken thighs or meats, skinning fruit, and just about anything else the Bunka or Gyuto is too large for. It's an essential part of your knife range and we use ours almost daily.

Good knife for good price

Good knife for good price. I tried to find a mini santoku style petty and this one is nice and fit the budget.
Call out to the service on this shop as well. The first one was a bit deformed but was sorted out by the customer service person and the person who talk to me on the phone, much appreciated, great shop, good knives, great customer service. Great stuff.
