We're restocking some store staples this month, and it's hard to pick a favourite! The Hayabusa Blue Super will seriously impress, they have a fully rounded spine and choil and are a dream to use. Somewhat reminiscent of the Chosera (albeit with a slightly thinner stone), the Kuromaku are a splash and go dream. Softer than the Glass HR, harder than Suehiro Cerax, they represent excellent value.
